What Email Guard does

Every capability, built for teams without a security department.

Email Guard locks down your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 setup: SPF, DKIM and DMARC, forwarding rules, shared mailboxes and risky third-party apps.

Domain protection

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked and set up step by step, so nobody can send email that looks like it came from your domain.

Forwarding rules

Hidden rules that copy mail to outside addresses are a classic sign of a takeover. Email Guard finds them and alerts you.

Third-party app access

Lists every app with permission to read your mail and flags the ones that ask for far more than they need.

Shared mailbox hygiene

Accounts like accounts@ and info@ are checked for who has access and whether two-step login is on.

Data leaving the company

Warns when large numbers of files or messages are shared with personal addresses.

One-click fixes

Each finding comes with the exact fix. Approve it and Email Guard applies the change, with a full record of what moved.

How it works

Four steps, most of them automatic.

  1. Connect

Grant read access with your admin account. Email Guard never asks for staff passwords.

  2. Scan

Every mail setting, domain record and connected app is checked in a few minutes.

  3. Fix

Findings are ranked by risk. Apply fixes one by one or in a single approved batch.

  4. Watch

Settings are rechecked daily. If someone changes something risky, you hear about it.

Trust notes

What Email Guard sees, and what it never does.

Scanned, not read

Emails are scanned automatically for threats. No person reads them unless you ask for help with a specific message.

Settings, not personal files

Device checks look at security settings and software, not personal files or browsing.

Honest about limits

No security tool stops every attack. Abxenoc reduces risk and alerts you quickly when something gets through.

Encrypted, never sold

Customer data is encrypted, kept only as long as needed and never sold.

Questions

Email Guard, answered plainly.

Do I need to change my MX records?

No. Email Guard connects through the official Google and Microsoft admin APIs, so mail keeps flowing exactly as it does today.

What if I use another email provider?

Domain checks for SPF, DKIM and DMARC work with any provider. Mailbox-level checks currently support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Can a fix break something?

Every change is shown before it is applied and can be rolled back from the change history in one click.
